@ask7 commented on issue #1: Feature: Implement identification algorithm

@pjbull Are there any resources for model training, or should we simply use our local machines and provide the trained model file?

@ask7 opened a new pull request: #102: Documentation of Deep Breath algorithm

## Description An initial version of the documentation for the Deep Breath algorithm. Especially the "Model evaluation" and "Adaptation into Concept to Clinic" sections still need to be improved! ## Reference to official issue This pull request addresses #27 ## Motivation and Context The Deep Breath algorithm provides useful insight into the nodule detection/segmentation process, and how the results can be used to make predictions. This documentation should help evaluate the algorithm and its usage for Concept to Clinic. ## CLA - [ ] I have signed the CLA; if other committers are in the commit history, they have signed the CLA as well

@ask7 commented on issue #90: Documentation compilation is broken

@musale Thanks for explaining `restart: always`! I think it's a good idea to separate the two requirements and configs. Did you also set `environment: - DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE=config.settings.local` ? I'm not sure you can simply use the settings files of `interface`, as they reference local directories like `backend`. I tried setting up the `docs/config/settings/...` locally, but ATM it doesn't recognize `config` for some reason...

The problem is that the docs rely on Django, but it is not present in the prediction/requirements. Using `dockerfile: ./compose/interface/Dockerfile-dev` instead works. Maybe the docs should have their own requirements file?
